Job summary

BRIXCO Construction, Inc. is seeking an organized Project Coordinator in Milpitas, CA to support project management and field operations.

This hourly, full-time role coordinates documentation, schedules, procurement, permits, and compliance from estimation handoff through final closeout. You will work daily with project managers, field superintendents, foremen, vendors, and clients to keep construction documentation organized.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or related field.
• Ability to read, navigate, and organize construction plans and submittals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication between office and field personnel.
• Proficiency with standard contract documents and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Office and Field Communication Conduit between PMs, subs, and dispatch.
• Schedule planning and tracking short-term crew assignments.
• Gather, organize submittals, logs, and ensure timely approvals.
• Maintain project documentation, plans, specs, and contract docs.
• Set up new projects in company systems and maintain logs.
