Job summary

Hargrove & Associates Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to deliver moderately complex projects safely, on schedule and within budget. You will guide a small team, coordinate contractors, review submittals, and ensure quality and compliance with design criteria.

The role requires deep knowledge of project controls, strong communication, and a proven ability to manage client relationships. A Bachelor or Master in construction science or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Construction Science, Building Science or related field from an accredited university is highly preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to quality expectations on moderately complex projects.
• Lead a small team to meet commitments and coordinate contractor activities.
• Review vendor drawings, construction submittals and design criteria to ensure conformance.
• Monitor resource assignments and ensure proper staffing for project needs.
• Promote client relationships and support field construction and design phase services.
