Job summary

Austin Industrial is actively hiring a Civil Construction Supervisor to oversee self-perform maintenance and civil site work for industrial projects. You will direct foremen and craft personnel to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of concrete, excavation, utilities, grading, and formwork in industrial environments across the United States.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of journeyman level experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and layouts.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate civil foremen, craft personnel, and equipment operators.
• Oversee excavation, grading, concrete, formwork, reinforcing steel, underground utilities, demolition, and general civil work.
• Verify grades, elevations, dimensions, layouts, formwork, reinforcing steel, embeds, and anchor bolts.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Participate in toolbox meetings, safety walks, and pre-job planning.
• Maintain records and provide progress updates on safety, quality, productivity, and work progress.
