Job summary

Austin-Industrial is seeking a Construction Foreman to supervise skilled and unskilled workers on highway, utility and related site projects in Texas. The role emphasizes scheduling to meet timetables safely, while controlling costs and maintaining quality.

You will lead onsite crews, manage equipment, logistics, QA/QC inspections, and coordinate with inspectors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure work complies with plans and specs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Industrial and Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience supervising skilled and unskilled workers on construction sites.
• Ability to coordinate with inspectors, developers, vendors and subcontractors.
• Strong safety awareness and cost-control mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small amount of onsite equipment fleet.
• Recruit hourly trade personnel.
• Manage craftsmen, equipment, and material resources.
• Logistics planning.
• Execute project Work Plans.
• Work crews productively and efficiently; meet daily cost objectives.
