Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering; 2+ years experience.
• Experience with data systems, reporting tools, or engineering databases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Power BI and Excel; data visualization.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
• Relocation provided; sponsorship not offered; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering and project teams with data collection, validation, and analysis related to program delivery.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports to track KPIs, schedules, and project metrics.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present complex engineering and program data clearly.
• Assist with integration and management of data across multiple enterprise systems.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership and program teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and data gaps.
• Apply engineering principles to interpret data trends and support decision-making.
• Perform QA/QC on datasets and reporting outputs.
• Develop documentation including workflows and data standards.
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
