Job summary

RK&K is seeking a Civil BIM Coordinator to support infrastructure projects, providing leadership for model-based delivery and digital twin initiatives. This role can be performed remotely or from regional offices, with preference for candidates in approved U.S.

locations. You will collaborate with project teams, guide BIM execution, and drive continuous improvement across transportation, water, and public works projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of Civil Engineering experience.
• Strong 3D modeling/BIM experience.
• Experience with Bentley and/or Autodesk applications.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ProjectWise, and OpenX Applications.
• Ability to guide civil engineering teams in 3D/model-based delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a firmwide resource for Civil BIM, digital delivery, and infrastructure modeling best practices.
• Collaborate with technical leaders to advance model-based project delivery across transportation, water, and public infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical leadership for Bentley and Autodesk platforms.
• Support and optimize workflows utilizing Bentley OpenRoads, OpenBridge, iTwin, Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Evaluate software capabilities, integrations, and emerging technologies to improve project execution.
• Partner with project teams to troubleshoot complex modeling and data management challenges.
• Support Civil BIM standards to drive continuous improvement of infrastructure modeling processes.
• Advance AI and automation adoption, assist with AI-enabled technologies, and pilot programs.
