Qualifications

• Experience with CityWorks configuration and application support.
• Experience with Crystal Reports.
• Strong SQL query writing and data updates.
• Experience with SSMS and user-support roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary application support for CityWorks and related systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user and application issues.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and conversions.
• Create and execute test plans/test cases to validate system changes.
• Assist with business analysis activities including requirements gathering, reporting, and user collaboration.
