This role offers an excellent chance to support and optimize enterprise applications within a government setting, focusing on CityWorks and related systems. The position involves troubleshooting, business analysis, testing, and user training to ensure seamless application performance.

Position Overview for the Information Systems Application Analyst II:

• Provide primary application support for CityWorks and related systems/applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user and application issues.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and conversions.
• Create and execute test plans/test cases to validate system changes.
• Assist with business analysis activities including requirements gathering, reporting, and user collaboration.

Requirements for the Information Systems Application Analyst II:

• Experience with CityWorks configuration and application support.
• Experience with Crystal Reports.
• Strong experience writing SQL queries to extract and update data.
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Previous Systems Analyst/Application Analyst experience supporting users and resolving system issues.
