Job summary

InstantServe LLC in Nashville, TN, on behalf of TN Metro-ITS, seeks an Information Technology Applications Analyst II to support, configure, test, troubleshoot, and analyze Cityworks and related enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL/SSMS, Crystal Reports, and business analysis skills, plus experience supporting Cityworks and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones.

Qualifications

4–6 years of SQL queries and scripts using SSMS.
4–6 years of Crystal Reports experience.
Experience supporting and configuring Cityworks.
Enterprise application support and systems analysis experience.
Application testing and software troubleshooting experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Ability to work effectively with users and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Support and configure Cityworks and related enterprise applications
Troubleshoot application and user issues
Support system upgrades, enhancements, and conversions
Develop test plans, test cases, and perform application testing
Write SQL queries and scripts using SSMS
Create and modify reports and forms using Crystal Reports
Gather and document application requirements and specifications
Track project deliverables, work plans, and status updates
Coordinate with business users, process owners, technical teams, departments, and consultants
Develop training materials and conduct end-user training
