Job summary

Qualifications

Position Overview

We are seeking an Information Technology Applications Analyst II to support, configure, test, troubleshoot, and analyze Cityworks and related enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SQL Server/SSMS, Crystal Reports, application support, testing, and business analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and configure Cityworks and related enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot application and user issues
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and conversions
• Develop test plans, test cases, and perform application testing
• Write SQL queries and scripts using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
• Create and modify reports and forms using Crystal Reports
• Gather and document application requirements and specifications
• Track project deliverables, work plans, and status updates
• Coordinate with business users, process owners, technical teams, departments, and consultants
• Develop training materials and conduct end-user training

Required Qualifications
