Job summary

Woodspear Properties in Denver, CO is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. The technician will maintain 104 units, addressing plumbing, electrical, appliance issues, drywall, and make-ready turns while ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety.

You will work with residents and team members, troubleshoot problems, document work orders, and help keep common areas and grounds in top condition.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a drug and background check.
• Own general set of tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily walks, repairs, and maintenance of the community common areas, grounds, and amenities.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and repair basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Drywall, texturing, and patching repairs.
• Respond to and complete maintenance work orders.
• Perform quality Apartment make-ready turns.
• Communicate and report maintenance issues to the Supervisor.
• Grounds keeping and snow removal.
• Must participate in on-call rotation and ensure punctual response to on-call emergencies.
