Job summary

Sack Capital Partners is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support sites within our Colorado portfolio, located in Denver, CO. The role requires basic plumbing, electrical, appliance troubleshooting, and carpentry skills, with interaction with residents, vendors, and team members.

Reports to the Community Director. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in property/facilities maintenance, strong communication skills, and legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in property/facilities maintenance.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Turn vacant apartments to prepare for new move-ins.
• Troubleshoot maintenance requests and perform repairs.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliances and carpentry.
• Operate and oversee general swimming pool and hot tub areas.
• Conduct daily inspections of buildings, common areas and grounds for cleanliness and safety.
