Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of experience developing asset management policies, standards, or governance frameworks, including CMMS/EAM implementation.
• Valid Texas driver’s license or equivalent from another US state.
• Experience in municipal government or public infrastructure management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, leads, and matures the City’s asset management program across departments.
• Develops asset management policy, standards, and governance; administers CMMS/EAM systems.
• Coordinates asset data collection, inventory, and data quality; integrates GIS and other sources.
• Designs workflows for work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, and lifecycle tracking.
• Manages reporting, KPIs, and annual asset management Roadmap and State of the Assets.
