Qualifications

• Ability to understand and use Asset management system software and applications for efficient scheduling and task coordination.
• Ability to understand maintenance types and specifications.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assists, supports, and oversees the development of Maintenance tasks and processes for the Parks asset management system; maintains communication with clients, System Administrators, and contractors on asset maintenance projects.
• Anticipates and addresses potential maintenance and asset tracking issues; provides options to prevent issues from becoming challenges.
• Assists in preparing and analyzing detailed reports, submittals/approvals, close-outs, and various informational documents; ensures data accuracy.
• Provides weekly status reports to clients, supervisors, and upper management; communicates ticket status, project progress, and issues.
• Facilitates training and professional development; attends meetings with supervisors, crew leaders, and contractors for preventive and predictive maintenance projects and certifications.
• Gathers, compiles, and applies information for maintenance task completion; assists in obtaining additional resources as needed.
• Conducts on-site audits to monitor progress and compliance of Parks maintenance operations.
• Coordinates discussions and working relationships within parks maintenance communities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
