City of Dallas is seeking an Asset Management System Specialist to monitor, oversee, and manage maintenance tasks for Parks asset software. The role emphasizes accuracy, data management, and collaboration with clients, system admins, and contractors.

You will conduct on-site audits, prepare detailed reports, support training, and ensure compliance with maintenance standards. Minimum 3 years in asset/maintenance management and a high school diploma are required.

• Ability to understand and use Asset management system software and applications for efficient scheduling and task coordination.
• Ability to understand maintenance types, and specifications.

• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Assist, oversee, and develop maintenance tasks in the Parks asset management system and communicate with clients, admins, and contractors.
• Anticipate and address maintenance and asset tracking issues and offer options to prevent challenges.
• Prepare and analyze detailed reports and data; ensure accuracy in data management.
• Provide weekly status reports to clients, supervisors, and upper management; update on tickets and project progress.
• Facilitate training and participate in meetings; pursue required certifications through the City of Dallas.
• Gather information for maintenance tasks and identify new resources as needed.
• Conduct on-site audits to monitor progress and compliance of Parks maintenance operations.
• Coordinate discussions and build relationships within parks maintenance communities.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
