City of Leander seeks an Asset Management Program Specialist to establish, lead, and mature the city’s asset management program across departments including Police, Fire, Parks, Public Works, Streets, Water, Wastewater, and Library. You will implement governance, data standards, and PM programs while coordinating data and reporting.

The role requires five years of policy/governance experience and CMMS/EAM proficiency, with strong collaboration and data governance skills to support capital

Formación

• High School Diploma and five years of experience developing asset management policies, standards, or governance frameworks.
• Experience implementing or administering CMMS/EAM systems.
• Knowledge of asset data governance and lifecycle processes.
• Experience leading cross-departmental initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes and matures the city's asset management policy and governance framework.
• Oversees CMMS/EAM selection, configuration, and administration.
• Coordinates asset data collection and inventory across departments.
• Develops annual asset management roadmap and reporting.
• Develops KPIs and prepares executive and regulatory reports.
• Supports long-term capital planning with asset condition and lifecycle insights.
