Responsabilités

• Lead development and continuous improvement of asset management programs, policies, and governance for transportation infrastructure.
• Coordinate asset management activities across engineering, operations, maintenance, capital delivery, finance, procurement, and IT.
• Develop roadmaps aligning objectives, processes, technology, data, and workforce needs.
• Establish priorities and manage multiple concurrent asset management initiatives.
• Support development of asset data governance, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools.
• Lead or support integration of enterprise asset management systems across business functions.
