Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Florida is seeking a hub delivery coordinator to supervise city routes and coordinate delivery specialists for spoke stores. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to improve communications across routes.

You will receive orders from stores, ensure parts are pulled and ready for delivery, and maintain accurate records for daily operations. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to optimize schedules while maintaining fleet and route efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee city route schedule and delivery specialists for hub to spoke stores.
• Serve as contact person for city delivery service.
• Receive orders from stores via phone or invoice and ensure parts are pulled and ready for delivery by scheduled time.
• Ensure accuracy of each order pulled prior to pickup by city delivery specialists.
• Maintain organized city delivery area divided into areas/bins for each spoke store.
• Monitor hub system and routes to increase efficiency and reduce expenses; communicate recommendations to store manager.
• Ensure hub team members clock in/out according to policy.
• Research any undelivered parts and make necessary billing adjustments.
• Work with store manager to cover routes in absence of regular city delivery specialist.
• Ensure vehicles are well maintained and inspections are completed accurately.
• Log daily mileage into asset management for all vehicles.
• Provide input on delivery specialists performance for evaluations.
