Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiar with automotive parts.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee city route schedules and delivery staff.
• Serve as contact person for city delivery service.
• Receive orders, pull parts, and deliver by scheduled time.
• Ensure accuracy of each order before pickup by city delivery specialists.
• Maintain hub area organized by spoke store.
• Monitor hub routes for efficiency and communicate improvements to store management.
• Ensure hub team clocks in/out per company policy.
• Research any undelivered parts and make necessary billing adjustments.
• Collaborate with store managers to cover routes in absences.
• Ensure vehicles are well maintained and inspections logged.
