Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a delivery hub coordinator to act as the primary contact for city delivery services, ensuring orders are pulled and ready for delivery by the scheduled time. The role requires maintaining an organized hub area and monitoring routes for efficiency.

You will work with store managers to cover routes, address undelivered parts billing, and ensure vehicles are well maintained and inspections completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contact person for city delivery service.
• Ensure orders are pulled and ready for delivery by scheduled time.
• Maintain organized, clean hub area divided into areas/bins for each spoke store.
• Monitor hub system and routes to increase efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Communicate recommendations to store manager and ensure routes are covered when needed.
• Ensure vehicles are well maintained and inspections are completed thoroughly.
