Responsibilities

• Coordinate city delivery service and act as main contact for orders.
• Receive orders from stores via phone or invoice and ensure parts are ready for delivery by scheduled time.
• Verify accuracy of each order before pickup by city delivery specialists.
• Maintain organized delivery area with dedicated bins for each spoke store.
• Ensure hub delivery specialists run on schedule and communicate delays to remaining stores.
• Monitor hub routes to improve efficiency and reduce expenses; share recommendations with store manager.
• Ensure hub team clock in/out according to policy.
• Research undelivered parts and adjust billing as needed.
• Assist store manager in covering routes during absences and oversee vehicle maintenance checks.
