O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a capable delivery hub coordinator to oversee city routes and ensure timely delivery to spoke stores. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and collaboration with store managers to maintain efficient daytime operations.

The ideal candidate will handle orders, verify parts, and support schedule adherence while leveraging multilingual communication to serve a diverse customer base. This on-site position offers growth within a stable automotive retailer.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiar with automotive parts.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Serve as contact person for city delivery service.
• Receive orders from stores via phone or invoice, ensure parts are pulled and ready for delivery by scheduled time.
• Ensure hub delivery specialists are on schedule and communicate delays to remaining stores.
• Maintain organized city delivery area divided into areas/bins for each spoke store.
• Work with store manager to cover routes in the absence of regular city delivery specialist.
• Provide input on delivery specialists' performance for evaluations.
