Qualifications

• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Fluency in multiple languages; Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contact person for city delivery service.
• Receive orders from stores and ensure parts are pulled for delivery by scheduled time.
• Ensure accuracy of each order pulled prior to pickup for delivery.
• Maintain organized city delivery area divided into areas/bins for each spoke store.
• Ensure hub delivery specialists run on schedule and communicate delays to stores on route.
• Monitor hub system and routes for efficiency, productivity, or cost reduction.
• Provide recommendations to store manager.
• Ensure team members clock in/out per policy.
• Research undelivered parts and adjust billing as needed.
• Coordinate with store manager to cover routes in absence of regular driver.
• Ensure vehicles are well maintained and inspected; log daily mileage.
