O’Reilly Auto Parts in Escondido, CA is seeking a City Delivery Coordinator to oversee hub-to-spoke store routes and ensure on-time delivery of parts. You will coordinate schedules, pull correct items, and maintain a clean delivery area while monitoring routes for efficiency.

Ideal candidates are bilingual (Spanish a plus) and can quickly match alphanumeric sequences. Knowledge of automotive parts is a plus and growth opportunities are highlighted.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contact person for city delivery service.
• Receive orders from stores via phone or invoice, ensure parts are pulled and ready for delivery by scheduled time.
• Ensure accuracy of each order pulled prior to city delivery specialist picking up order for delivery.
• Maintain organized, clean city delivery area divided into areas/bins for each spoke store.
• Ensure hub delivery specialists are running on schedule and/or communicate any delays to stores remaining on route.
• Continually monitor hub system and routes for ways to increase efficiency, productivity, and/or reduce expenses.
