Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Texas is seeking a Hub Delivery Coordinator to oversee city route schedules and delivery specialists for the hub and spoke stores. You will ensure orders are pulled, accurate, and ready for on-time delivery, and you will monitor hub efficiency.

Familiar with automotive parts
Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee city route schedule and delivery specialists for hub to spoke stores.
Serve as contact person for city delivery service.
Receive orders from stores and ensure parts are pulled and ready for delivery on schedule.
Ensure accuracy of each order pulled prior to pickup by city delivery specialists.
Maintain organized hub delivery area with areas/bins for each spoke store.
Monitor hub routes for efficiency and cost reduction; report recommendations to store manager.
Ensure hub team clocks in/out per company policy.
Research undelivered parts and make necessary billing adjustments.
Work with store manager to cover routes in absence of regular city delivery specialist.
Ensure vehicles are maintained and inspections completed; log daily mileage.
Provide input on delivery performance for evaluations.
