• Track and report critical operational, ridership, supply and demand metrics.
• Use data to optimize processes and drive improvements.
• Represent Bird in interactions with city, vendors, and third parties.
• Grow market share through local campaigns and initiatives.
• Manage costs with a focus on profitability and margins.
• Build and train a high-performing operations team.
