Job summary

Bird is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee Los Angeles and Long Beach operations, manage a P&L, and drive high-priority projects.

In this role you will conduct market analyses to identify opportunities, lead in-house teams and operating partners, and partner cross-functionally to deliver against plans and KPIs.

A results‑oriented leader with strong Excel and data skills, ready to work in a fast‑paced environment, travel across markets, and support urban mobility.

Qualifications

• Relevant operations or tech experience.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills (SQL is a plus).
• Bias toward action with project-management experience.
• Proven ability to deliver results and manage P&L.
• Must reside in the Los Angeles Metro Area and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive the vision and execution of world class operations within the markets you manage.
• Manage operations and growth for the region, oversee the P&L, analyze market data to guide decisions.
• Develop and lead your team to help them grow and achieve professional goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement projects and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain relationships with external stakeholders and community groups, balancing needs with business demands.
