Job summary

Brodie League seeks a City Launcher to open a new market in Dallas and build a community around our league experience. You will recruit captains, validate venues, fill the gym, and drive a launch season while staying active in the city’s basketball scene.

This role blends community-building with sales and growth marketing, requiring evenings and weekend availability and a strong local network to fuel constant expansion.

Qualifications

• Live in the launch neighbourhood or adjacent area.
• Existing network in the local basketball community (coaches, trainers, gym staff).
• Active player in a rec league or recent season; engaged in the culture.
• Ability to name ten captains and secure meetings with market contacts.
• Willing to travel across territory as it expands.

Responsibilities

• Recruit at least 24 founding captains in the first season.
• Identify and secure the venue, negotiate terms, and sign agreements.
• Own CRM data: signings, fill rate, revenue, and weekly forecasting.
• Launch and grow local demand through events, partnerships, and social channels.
• Be the face of Brodie in your city at games, open runs, and in chats.
