Base is seeking a City Host in Detroit to manage events and create welcoming environments for its Members. As a City Host, you will own the event experience, from setting up the space to engaging with guests.

The ideal candidate is charismatic and detail-oriented, capable of leading groups smoothly and adapting to different event formats. This position requires a flexible schedule, primarily during weekends and weeknights, along with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Comfortable around accomplished adults.
• Reliable with events running on a recurring rhythm.
• Able to manage energy and transitions for groups of 20 to 60 people.

Responsibilities

• Own the room from open to close.
• Welcome Members at the door and know who is coming.
• Work the room and manage events seamlessly.
