Based in Downtown Detroit with a 3-day on-site schedule and 2 days at other high-volume locations for training and execution, the role focuses on profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in bar management or event coordination.
• Leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced service setting.
• Strong knowledge of beverage service and health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise bar staff and event teams to deliver outstanding service during all shifts and events.
• Drive In-store Event Planning
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring all client requirements are met.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to maintain adequate supplies and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations related to bar operations and events.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote events and special offers effectively.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team performance and service standards.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting to senior management.
