Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee city route schedule for hub to spoke stores.
• Serve as contact person for city delivery service.
• Validate orders pulled for delivery for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain organized city delivery area with clear divisions for spoke stores.
• Monitor hub routes to improve efficiency and reduce expenses; report recommendations to store manager.
• Ensure hub team clock-in/out per policy and track attendance.
• Review any undelivered parts and perform necessary billing adjustments.
• Collaborate with store manager to cover routes in absences and maintain vehicle inspections.
