O'Reilly Auto Parts in Anchorage is seeking a Hub Delivery Supervisor to coordinate and oversee city route schedules, delivery stops, and the hub team. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to support diverse store communications.

You will receive orders from spoke stores, ensure parts are pulled by scheduled time, monitor routes for efficiency, and assist store managers with coverage and vehicle maintenance for a reliable delivery operation.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contact person for city delivery service.
• Receive orders from stores via phone or invoice and ensure parts are pulled and ready for delivery by scheduled time.
• Ensure accuracy of each order pulled prior to city delivery specialist picking up the order.
• Maintain organized city delivery area divided into areas/bins for each spoke store.
• Ensure hub delivery specialists are on schedule and communicate delays to stores on route.
• Monitor hub system and routes to increase efficiency and reduce expenses; communicate recommendations to store manager.
• Ensure team members assigned to hub clock in/out according to policy.
• Research any parts not delivered as scheduled and make necessary billing adjustments.
• Collaborate with store manager to cover routes in absence of regular city delivery specialist.
• Ensure vehicles are well maintained and inspections are completed; log daily mileage into asset management.
