Responsibilities

• Serve as contact person for city delivery service.
• Receive orders from stores via phone or invoice, ensure parts are pulled and ready for delivery by scheduled time.
• Ensure hub delivery specialists are on schedule and communicate delays to stores on route.
• Maintain organized, clean city delivery area divided into areas/bins for each spoke store.
• Research any parts not delivered as scheduled and make necessary billing adjustments.
• Work with store manager to ensure route is covered in the absence of regular city delivery specialist.
• Ensure vehicles are well maintained and daily mileage is logged into asset management.
• Provide input to store manager with regard to delivery specialists' performance for evaluations.
