U-Haul is seeking an Equipment Recovery Specialist in Phoenix, AZ. You will manage tolls, parking and citation follow-ups and coordinate with customers, field locations, and DMVs to recover payments.

The role requires prior call center experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office in a fast-paced environment. 40-hour workweek with Monday–Friday hours and Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• Good attendance record.
• Prior call center/phone-based experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Task-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on tolls, parking and fine citations.
• Locate and seek compensation from responsible parties.
• Work with customers, field locations, DMVs, and the U-Haul POS system to ensure favorable outcomes.
