Job summary

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union seeks an experienced SVP/CISO to establish and drive the enterprise information security and cybersecurity program. You will partner with 2LOD and Compliance to ensure governance, risk management and regulatory compliance while enabling business growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive information security, cybersecurity, risk management, or technology leadership experience.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing enterprise cybersecurity programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise information security strategy, framework, policies, and standards.
• Lead cybersecurity operations including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Own and manage third-party vendor cyber risk assessment processes and ongoing monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (NCUA, FFIEC, GLBA) and report to executives and regulators.
• Provide leadership to information security personnel and align security with business objectives.
