Job Description: Cisco CVP Call Studio Developer with ICM (Remote - US)

Position: Cisco CVP (Customer Voice Portal) Call Studio Developer with ICM (Intelligent Contact Management)

Location: Remote (United States)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cisco CVP Call Studio Developer with strong expertise in ICM (Intelligent Contact Management) to design, develop, and deploy IVR (Interactive Voice Response) solutions in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in scripting, call flow development, and integration with Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement IVR applications using Cisco CVP (Customer Voice Portal) and Call Studio.

Integrate IVR solutions with Cisco ICM (Intelligent Contact Management) for routing and reporting.

Develop VXML scripts, configure call flows, and ensure seamless interaction with backend systems.

Troubleshoot and debug IVR applications, ensuring high availability and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (contact center operations, network engineers, and business stakeholders) to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Perform testing, validation, and deployment of IVR applications in production environments.

Maintain documentation for call flows, technical specifications, and operational procedures.
