Job summary

Info-Matrix Corporation is seeking a Cisco Collaboration Engineer to oversee administration, hardware, and application support for analog/IP telephony and video systems across stakeholder sites.

Reporting to the User Collaboration Supervisor, this role delivers scripted solutions, manages third-party telco/vendor service delivery, and provides hands-on technical support to ensure continuous, high-availability collaboration operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Cisco Enterprise Phone system required.
• Working Knowledge of Cisco Call Manager, UCCX, Cisco Unity, WebEX, Xmedius Fax Server
• We are only interested in candidates with experience with Cisco on-premises IPT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Designs, plans, installs, configures, maintains, and supports IPT hardware and voice gateways.
• Designs, plans, installs, configures, maintains and supports IPT software including Cisco Call Manager, UCCX, Cisco Unity; integrates WebEx and security systems.
• Analyzes and re-engineers video conferencing systems to meet user requirements and implements approved changes.
• Writes, maintains, and supports scripts for Cisco UCCX to automate IT operations and support multiple Help Desk flows.
• Configures, maintains, and supports Enterprise Fax Server and its IPT interaction.
• Coordinates with telco carriers and vendors to support service delivery and system changes.
• Supports WebEx hosted services and on-prem infrastructure; trains users and updates on new features.
• Creates documentation detailing hardware configurations and disaster recovery plans.
