Job summary

The User Collaboration Specialist oversees administration, hardware, and application support for analog/IP telephony and video conferencing systems across Pennsylvania Court locations. Reporting to the User Collaboration Supervisor, this role delivers scripted IT solutions, manages third‑party telco/vendor service delivery, and provides hands‑on technical support to ensure high availability.

Requires an Associate’s degree in IT and two years of IT experience, with Cisco IPT experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in an information technology field and two years IT experience.
• One year of technical experience in network operations/maintenance required.

Responsibilities

• Designs, plans, installs, configures, maintains, and supports IPT hardware for Pennsylvania Court locations.
• Designs, plans, installs, configures, maintains, and supports IPT software including Cisco Call Manager/UCCX/Unity.
• Integrates with WebEx, Fax Server, and security systems; analyzes video conferencing requirements.
• Writes scripts to automate IT operations and support multiple Help Desk call flows.
• Coordinates with telco carriers and vendors for service delivery and system changes.
