Job summary

AES Corporation is seeking a System Analyst to support Customer Information Systems for the US Utility Business. You will help assess, plan, and design functional and technical solutions, ensuring reliable 24/7 operations and efficient performance.

The role requires an associate degree in computer science or related field, plus 3+ years in a similar analyst role, and experience with SAP-ISU in a large multinational environment. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years in a business analyst role in a large multinational.
• Experience with Customer Billing using SAP-ISU.
• Full lifecycle software project experience: design, development, testing, QA, support, maintenance.
• Ability to manage technical projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and business process knowledge.
• Excellent teamwork, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the Customer Information System roadmap.
• Coordinate CIS integrations with other systems and channels.
• Ensure Change and Security Management processes meet ITGC standards.
• Design technology solutions covering development, testing and requirements.
• Validate solutions align with architecture standards and business goals.
• Provide 24x7 on-call support for application issues.
