• Assist library customers by reserving, checking-in, checking-out and renewing materials.
• Answer general questions and provide information on policies and programs; refer to librarians for research help.
• Operate library computers and public equipment; troubleshoot with ITS/vendor support.
• Process and maintain library materials; ship, route, and move items.
• Provide guidance to part-time associates and student workers.
