Job summary

Hytec Solutions is seeking a Board Bank Clerk, Machines to maintain inventory and process all Board Bank, Exchange and Direct orders in line with Hytec policies. The role covers receiving, storage, inspection and packing of board-related assets, with collaboration across Shipping, Receiving and Machine Repair departments.

The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, basic computer skills (Excel/Word) and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with team and supervisor.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to use handheld scanner for data entry and tracking.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience required.
• Drug test and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Hytec-owned and customer-owned circuit board inventory in an orderly fashion.
• Process Board Bank, Exchange and Direct orders accurately and timely.
• Inspect and process incoming inventory after initial receipt.
• Process repaired inventory after packaging as directed by supervisor/lead.
• Assist in Shipping and Receiving when necessary.
• Clean and pack machines per Machine Repair Dept. direction.
• Label packaged machines and move through staging to put-away.
• Log inspections and retrieve/reposition machines as needed.
• Notify Purchasing Supervisor when trailer is ready for pickup.
