• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all transactions.
• Experience using ERP systems for receipt and shipping data entry.

Responsibilities

• Pack and label boxes and crates for shipment according to standards.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and condition against POs and docs.
• Enter receipt details into the ERP system.
• Label and route materials to correct departments.
• Perform data entry related to shipping, receiving, inventory and tracking.
• Resolve shipment, inventory or documentation discrepancies.
• Prepare and verify shipping paperwork (packing slips, bills of lading, labels).
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and general warehouse tasks.
• Operate forklift to move, load and unload materials.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

HEICO Component Repair Group, a global leader in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft components, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team.

This position requires close coordination with the purchasing, stockroom, and quality assurance teams to maintain efficient inventory control and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

As a Receiving Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting the flow of materials within our facility according to company and FAA standards.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Packaging and labeling boxes and crates for shipment according to company and carrier standards.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and condition of received goods and confirm delivery information against purchase orders and shipping documentation
• Enter receipt details into the company’s ERP system
• Label and route materials to the appropriate departments
• Perform data entry related to shipping, receiving, inventory, and tracking systems.
• Assist with resolving discrepancies in shipments, inventory or documentation
• Prepare and verify shipping paperwork including packing slips, bills of lading and shipping labels.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform general warehouse tasks.
• Operate forklift to move, load and unload materials.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
