Shift Days: Monday - Friday
Shift Hours: First 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (starting time to be determined)
Hourly Rate: $20 - $24 based on experience
This is an entry-level position responsible for assisting in the facilitation of sales to customers in the area of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) products and/or Printed Circuit Assembly (PCA) products. The Customer Service Clerk works closely with the Sales and Marketing Agents and/or Program Management in maintaining files for the corporate market base using the latest in technology applications. May assist the Sales and Marketing Agents as the initial point of contact for sales activities, including customer identification, liaison, planning, quotes, and data entry. The Customer Service Clerk will interact in a consistently pleasant and helpful manner with potential customers, fellow employees, visitors, and agents.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk (10%), stand (10%), and sit (80%). The employee is frequently required to use a computer and telephone. The employee is required to frequently reach with hands and arms, manipulate papers/files and type data into a computer in repetitive motions; and talk to hear.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, rarely lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions, and the ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly in an office environment. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and may pass through areas of loud noise. Must be able to work around hazardous chemicals
