Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking an experienced engineer to support CIP tasks as a subject matter expert and to lead EDSI tasks including CAM responsibilities. The role involves CIP-related SIPTs, development of standard work, and participation in PMRs, roadmaps and technical reviews.

The candidate should have 8+ years in aerospace with a STEM degree (or an advanced degree with 5+ years) and be prepared for travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math with 8+ years in aerospace, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support CIP tasks as a project SME.
• Lead some EDSI tasks, including CAM responsibilities.
• Support SIPTs, and SIPTs/EDSITs CIP tasks.
• Develop and create standard work for processes/procedures.
• Contribute to CIP conferences with the customer (PMRs, Roadmap, Crystal Ball, Technical Reviews).
