Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with 8+ years of relevant EMC/EMI experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Technical knowledge of EMC design and aerospace qualification testing (MIL-STD-461/464/704, DO-160).

Responsibilities

• Drive EMC/EMI development and qualification activities for programs.
• Translate EMI/EMC requirements into system and circuit specifications.
• Support hardware and system design including design reviews.
• Create EMC control plans, tests, and compliance reports.
• Collaborate with senior EMC engineers to expand topic expertise.
• Develop EMC test methodologies and supervise setups.
• Identify risks and coordinate cross-functional mitigation.
