Qualifications

• Entry level opportunity with office experience, preferably in construction administration or insurance.
• Property & Casualty brokers license preferred, to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Strong math skills to check calculations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong digital literacy, particularly in Excel.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account executives, contractors, and carriers.
• Manage project setups, renewals, and terminations.
• Obtain and verify Wrap Up documentation.
• Ensure accuracy in system records.
• Assess offshore team member activities' quality.
• Resolve problems proactively with contractors and carriers.
• Perform quality checks on data.
• Finalize contractor insurance credits.
• Assist in special client projects with senior staff.
