Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services is seeking an experienced account management professional to oversee OCIP/CCIP wrap-up programs ranging from small to large. You will support producers, manage client relationships, and coordinate renewal strategies while leveraging strong computer and communication skills.

The role requires coordinating with carriers and agents, preparing proposals, and ensuring data integrity in the agency system. A valid insurance license and CE compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four (4) or more years related work experience.
• Valid Insurance license required and CE requirements must be met for license renewal.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support to an assigned group of clients, including Wrap-Up accounts.
• Supports Producer in developing new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects.
• Initiates renewal process and discusses renewal strategy with Producer.
• Analyzes exposures and develops renewal or new business specifications for marketing.
• Reviews marketing results and prepares proposals.
• Works with pre-meetings, WrapX software, contractor interfaces, and negotiations.
