Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology leadership experience including architecture and data engineering.
• Experience with Care Delivery Platforms or large-scale EHR consolidation.
• 10+ years leading large, complex tech organizations with budget management.
• 5+ years with cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Proven track record of digital transformations and data integration at scale.
• Experience leading organizational change and adopting emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technology strategy, execution, and outcomes across Optum Care at Home.
• Drive workforce transformation with onshore/offshore delivery mix while meeting regulatory requirements.
• Enforce standards, cloud adoption, and transparent executive reporting on platform health and transformation progress.
• Lead technology-enabled growth across Optum Care at Home and partner expansions.
• Ensure HIPAA/PHI regulatory compliance and enable rapid innovation and clinical enablement.
• Embed AI into care delivery to drive measurable clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
• Modernize the technology ecosystem for scalable, connected care delivery.
