Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in application architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, including digital routing, flows, and channel integrations.
• Solid understanding of GenAI concepts, LLMs, Lex V2, Bedrock models, and conversational AI architectures.
• Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, and Step Functions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical design documents and system configurations.
• Solid knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and integration patterns.
• Experience building or integrating chatbots, AI agents, or digital CX flows.
• Solid understanding of scalability, performance tuning, latency optimization, and cloud security.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, CRM, WFM, and Data Services.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into system architecture, solution flows, and configuration specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end alignment.
• Design solution flows leveraging GenAI and AWS services.
• Architect digital routing, process flows, and integration points within Amazon Connect.
• Recommend optimal architecture patterns and reusable components across GenAI ecosystems.
• Ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and security requirements are met.
• Create solution documents and integration specs across systems.
• Conduct impact analyses and feasibility assessments.
• Validate development outputs against design and enterprise standards.
• Promote standardization and reusability across Amazon Connect and GenAI implementations.
