Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering leadership experience across multi-disciplinary teams.
• 5+ years leading enterprise platform modernization, cloud migrations, and large-scale system integrations.
• 5+ years leading software engineering teams within healthcare, clinical systems, or utilization management.
• Experience driving AI, ML, or intelligent automation strategies.
• Proven budget management and executive stakeholder relationships across multi-team programs.
• Experience leading global technology teams of 200+ people.
• History delivering a cohesive technology vision and roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Strong relationships with c-suite leaders and business partners to drive change.
• Strategic thinking with enterprise-wide perspective.
• Proven leadership style that fosters accountability, transparent communication and innovation.
• High emotional intelligence and collaboration, problem solving, negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic software engineering vision, roadmap execution, and platform architecture for enterprise UM solutions.
• Spearhead migration of Behavioral Health UM and Home & Community UM onto the unified OCM platform.
• Integrate AI tools and set adoption goals within team development plans.
• Lead AI workforce transformation across the engineering organization.
• Champion ethical AI with transparency, governance, and accountability.
• Use AI and automation to optimize clinical decision workflows and deliver business value.
• Shape how platform capabilities and AI solutions are developed and deployed.
• Oversee architectural standards, DevOps practices, and technology budgets.
